Kicking off his day with some promotional duties, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson showed up at Rockefeller Center in New York City this morning (January 16).
The “In Da Club” rapper was in the house to talk about his new fitness book “Formula 50” on the “Today” show with Savannah Guthrie.
50 noted that when he was shot back in 2000, he had to get serious about his physical health and now he’s hoping to help others attain a fitter lifestyle.
In the book, he writes, “Folks who know me best call me ‘The Machine.’ I may have gained fame singing about sipping Bacardi and hanging out in the club, but truthfully, my greatest vice is overwork. I go hard all the time and thrive off being strong, being successful, being fit and ultimately being the best version of Curtis Jackson that I can be.”
